Crafts Under $10 Picture Frame

Materials

card broad shoe box

wrapping paper

decoupage medium and sponge brush

3X5 wooden picture frame

paint and paintbrush

scissiors with contoured edges

2 yards of 1.3 cm wide ribbon

glue stick or glue gun

1. Follow the manufacturers directions to apply decoupage medium to the shoe box and lid. Cover the box and lid with paper.

2. Cut out patches of paper with scissiors with contoured edges and decoupage onto background peices can be overlapped if desired. Allow box and lid to dry.

3. Paint your picture frame with 2 coats of paint coordinating in color.

4. Wrap ribbon around sides of the box lid and glue in place. You can tie rest of the ribbon in a bow and glue it to a corner if you desire.

5. Place a picture in the frame. Glue the frame to the lid of the box.
