Caffeine Third Eye Can Sleep Deprivation CaffeineTrigger your Pineal Gland?
61pineal gland
Your pineal gland is located in the center of your brain. It is shaped like a pine cone. That's why its called the pineal gland. This gland is larger in children and begins to shrink with the onset of puberty. The main function of the gland is to produce melatonin. The production of melatonin is high in children and decreases with age. The ancient Maya people believed it was a gateway to another world. They called it the 3rd eye. It was thought to have powers. To open up other dimensions.
A UK based study quizzed 200 students on their caffeine intake. The students that had a higher intake of caffeine were 3 times more likely to have extra-sensory experiences than low users. People in study reported seeing things that weren't there, Hearing voices, and sensing the presence of dead people.
What I'm wondering is if more caffeine intake is less sleep. Less sleep maybe triggers your pineal gland? I have took diet pills before and stayed awake for 2 nights in a row, and I did have a hallucination that seemed very real. My mom has a high in-take of caffeine and she has ESP.

I have never heard of Peter Tripp but I am not sure the value or purpose of sleep has ever been conclusively proven. There is speculation about what purpose it serves and lack of sleep certain causes degradation in your physical and mental performance. I have stayed awake several days in a row...three days was my maximum. It is not comfortable and certainly did not feel healthy. Among other things, you feel like things jump out at you from the shadows. If you have seen the movie "Insomnia" with Al Pacino, they describe it perfectly.
Angelique Loux, Informative and well written. It is 2:am, I must get some sleep!
it was 201 hours he stayed awake for, so just over 8 Days.
In commenting back on Sylvie's comment about the known nature and purpose of sleep. its true studying sleep itself has still left many questions, therefore as you have experienced it through the study of those who dont sleep well where we gain our insights into the Value and purpose!
If you dont sleep your mind will degenerate and your body will start to suffer physically.
Going Back to the story of Peter Tripp as one documented example, His body temperature dropped after a couple days leaving him permanently feeling cold during the rest of the test, his blood pressure also skyrocketed. This along with his Uncontrollable mood swings and Mental breakdown.
Sleep Deprivation has been used for many years now as a torture mechanism, if someone is denied sleep completely they will surely suffer a quite physically painful death, but not before going completely insane!! I think the Value of sleep is just spoken right there!
Also there was a research study released from UCLA a few years back stating that people who sleep on Average of 8 hours a night live Longer then people who live on less Sleep!
"Also there was a research study released from UCLA a few years back stating that people who sleep on Average of 8 hours a night live Longer then people who live on less Sleep!"
Educated nitwit dribble! My father was an insomniac for around 50years he'd only sleep a couple of hours at a time and never got a full 8hrs. Doctors told my mother when he was 25 he'd be lucky to reach 45. Then in 1999 he collapsed at home and was taken to hospital where they did a series of tests on him, the doctor in charge asked me his age, then said "well he's had a good innings, and there's nothing we can do for him, he probably won't last the rest of the year" he was 75 at the time.
He lived on for another 10years only dying of renal failure. Brought on by some new drug they used on him, to cure an infection which they themselves gave him while in hospital for a foot ulcer. He reached the ripe old age of 85yrs 6 1/2mths. Some 40 years longer than doctors gave him when he was 25, 10 years longer than doctors gave him in 1999 and all that combined with being an insomniac for 50 odd years. I have little doubt would have lived on even longer had they not murdered him. Using him as a human guinea pig!
So much for the Educated NitWits of society, and University studies they know bugger all about anything, he was living proof of this. Doctors only know how to kill off elderly people, who make them look like idiots by living on, Effing Murders!

I dont know if you ever heard of a study of a man called Peter Tripp, he stayed up for 201 hours trying to break a world record in 1959.
After day 2-3 his brain was stuggling without sleep and was trying to sleep and every opportunity possible, however with a 24 hour team ensuring he could never close his eyes longer then blinking, his brain patterns changed and while he was awake went into a REM cycle.. Plain and simple he was dreaming while awake. Seeing 3D images in real life as if they existed.. in short looked and acted insane. and then would come out of it and be completely coherent.. he experience this Phenon approx every 90 mins. same as the dream cycles in during sleep.
It has nothing to do with Extra sensory perception or ESP. It is simply the brain trying to ensure it stays alive. There are many other examples you can find. The end result in Peter Trips scenario was long term damage to his mind!
In short to deny your brain sleep in order to see the future or Ghosts is a Dangerous Game to play.. Just like taking drugs to induce a hallucination there will be consequences long term
